Even with no cold meds or not a single suggestion for relief; I still believe I'll make it. But Monday mornin' is gonna have to wait till Tuesday. I took a couple hot showers yesterday and I think the steam helped. I am a little better it feels like, all I've been doin' is sleepin'... but even my eyeballs still ache and it's hard to breathe. Velcro kitty is watchin' me close. I heard somewhere that if you were to pass away in your house, after a while your cat would munch on your face for lack of food! I heard it was their nature and it Totally skeeves me out since her favorite thing to do is lounge on my chest pretty much nose to nose... but I imagine it might be true and that would SO totally happen to me since it would be days at least before anyone would find me. And I imagine it every time pretty kitty pokes out her tongue to "taste" me when I pet her sometimes.
Tell her to quit lookin' at me!!!

You poor thing. I hope you feel better soon. Have someone come over and check on you! You shouldn't have to worry that Velcro kitty will eat your face, lol. You have enough stuff going on. :)
And here I thought kitty "kisses" were because they loved me - now I have to wonder if they're realling tasting me.... : P

OMG! The whole "dying at home alone with the cats" thing is one of my deep, dark, secret fears. I try not to think about it, though. Too creepy...
You probably should check in with your doc just to be on the safe side. If it's hard to breathe, that's not a good sign and you don't need to get seriously sick on top of everything else right now.
